Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Outreach Trainee to support our business development efforts. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, coordinating with existing clients, and helping generate new business leads. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients across industries. Initiate outreach via email, and LinkedIn to present our recruitment services. Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the Business Development team. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and client interactions. Support lead generation and nurturing activities in collaboration with senior team members. Required Skills: Comfortable using email, Excel, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a client-facing role Eligibility: 1st or 2nd year student with any degree Must have a laptop and stable internet connection (remote setup).
