As a Human Resources Operations Intern at ProcDNA, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in core HR functions and operations. Your role will involve supporting day-to-day HR activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and contributing to a positive employee experience. You will work alongside the HR team to streamline processes, coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, manage employee data, and support compliance and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, both physical and digital. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction coordination, and exit formalities. - Help manage HR databases to ensure data accuracy. - Coordinate benefits administration tasks such as insurance and health checks. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Draft and prepare HR letters, including experience letters and internship letters. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. - Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day activities. - Respond to routine employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. - Help streamline HR processes and suggest improvements. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in HR operations and employee lifecycle management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly organized with great attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
