Role Overview: You will be a part of Omnicom Global Solutions India, playing a crucial role in providing stellar products, solutions, and services in various areas like Creative Services, Technology, Marketing Science, Advanced Analytics, Market Research, Business Support Services, Media Services, and Project Management. Your contribution will help in solving clients" pressing business issues, as the company grows rapidly. Key Responsibilities: - **HR Operations Responsibilities:** - Manage HR Operations and optimize processes - Address employee queries and concerns - Enhance efficiency in HR processes such as onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration - Document and update HR workflows and SOPs - **HR Systems & Tools Support:** - Administer and assist HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Sharepoint, and Shared drives - Coordinate with IT or vendors for system upgrades and issue resolutions - **Compliance & Auditing:** - Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and regulations - Assist in internal and external HR audits - **Project Management:** - Support HR projects including policy rollouts, HR tech implementation, and people initiatives - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** - Provide operational support for talent management and organizational change initiatives - **HR Analytics Responsibilities:** - **Data Collection & Management:** - Gather and maintain HR data from various systems - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality - **HR Metrics & Reporting:** - Track KPIs like turnover rates, employee engagement, and training - Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports for leadership - **Data Analysis & Insights:** - Analyze trends and patterns related to retention, performance, gender diversity, and engagement - Provide actionable insights for strategic HR decisions - **Predictive Analytics:** - Use statistical models and tools like Excel or Power BI to forecast HR needs and trends - Support HR programs and strategies - **Surveys & Feedback Analysis:** - Design and analyze employee surveys such as engagement, onboarding, and exit surveys - Present findings with improvement recommendations Qualifications: - **Experience:** - Minimum 7 years in HR operations or HR analytics - UK HR Experience is essential - Proven ability to utilize data for strategic HR decision-making - **Technical Expertise:** - Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint - Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous - **Communication & Collaboration:** - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences - Strong teamwork skills across HR functions - **Problem-Solving & Adaptability:** - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights - **HR Expertise:** - Solid understanding of HR processes and key workforce metrics - **Education & Certifications:** - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field - Certifications in HR analytics, Power BI, or business intelligence tools are beneficial - **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - UK HR Experience is essential - Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, Advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint - Global HR Experience is preferred.,
