As part of Omnicom Global Solutions India, a key player in providing stellar products, solutions, and services in various areas, you will be joining a team of over 4000 colleagues committed to solving clients" pressing business issues. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments and utilizing your expertise in HR operations and analytics to drive strategic decisions. **Responsibilities:** - **HR Operations Responsibilities:** - Manage HR operations and optimize processes to enhance efficiency. - Address employee queries and ensure smooth onboarding, performance reviews, benefits administration, etc. - Document and maintain HR workflows and SOPs. - Provide support for HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Sharepoint, and shared drives. - Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and regulations and assist in audits. - Support HR projects and cross-functional collaboration initiatives. - **HR Analytics Responsibilities:** - Collect and manage HR data ensuring integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality. - Track KPIs such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and develop interactive dashboards. - Analyze trends and patterns related to retention, performance, and provide actionable insights. - Use statistical models to forecast future HR needs and support HR programs. - Design and analyze employee surveys and present findings with recommendations. **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** - 7+ years in HR operations or HR analytics with UK HR experience. - Ability to use data for strategic HR decision-making. - **Technical Expertise:** - Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint for data visualization and management. - Experience with HRIS systems is a plus. - **Communication & Collaboration:** - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively. - **Problem-Solving & Adaptability:** - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and translate data into actionable insights. - Strong analytical skills and understanding of key HR metrics. - **Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field. - Certifications in HR analytics, Power BI, or business intelligence tools are beneficial. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - UK HR Experience, Power BI & Data Visualization, SharePoint expertise, Advanced MS Excel skills, PowerPoint proficiency, and Global HR Experience are preferred.
