Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage compliance processes for our large-scale blue-collar workforce. The role ensures strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Audit HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with legal/audit teams for internal and external audits.
• Handle timely filings for PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
• Implement HR policies aligned with labor law compliance.
• Monitor changes in labor regulations and update HR practices accordingly.
• Provide compliance training to HR staff and functional managers.
• Respond to employee queries related to compliance and statutory benefits.
• Assist in risk mitigation and internal HR audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of relevant HR Ops experience, with strong focus on compliance
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory processes
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms

Preferred:

• Experience handling compliance in a mid-to-large organization
• Exposure to blue-collar workforce operations
