Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Operations Intern

to support our HR team with

employee onboarding processes and documentation management

. This role will provide hands-on exposure to core HR operations and the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Support employee onboarding, including

document collection

,

candidate joining confirmation

, and

induction call coordination.

Coordinate with new joiners to ensure

timely and accurate submission of onboarding documents.

Support in maintaining employee data in the

HRMS KEKA.

Prepare and share

joining announcements

and manage

work anniversary communications.

Ensure adherence to

company HR policies

, SOPs, and

data confidentiality standards.

Support the HR team with

day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed

MBA / PGDM / BBA / BA in HR

or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of

HR processes and documentation

  • Comfortable working with

    MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
