Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, CLRA, Shops & Establishments Act, and statutory compliances
  • Experience in handling legal documentation, RC, and contract labor management
  • Good stakeholder management and liaisoning skills with government authorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and compliance management tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in HR, with additional certification in labour laws preferred
  • 4-8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to compliance and legal licensing
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-location setups will be an added advantage.
