Responsibility:
a)The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data within the HR systems.
b) This role manages end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including personal data updates, organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and terminationswhile maintaining strict adherence to policy and data governance standards.
c) The incumbent supports HR documentation control, policy updates, reporting, and audit requirements, and partners with internal teams to streamline HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
d) Recommend and implement continuous improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy in HR data management.
e) Verify and process personal data changes; review and approve employee documentation.
