Job Description

What we look for

3 - 5 years of work experience in HR Shared Services.
Global Operation experience
Good at multi-tasking and time management to manage the workload efficiently.
Good excel skills (vlookup, PIVOTs, formatting etc)
Experience working in a global or multinational company with strong stakeholder management skills.
Flexible in shifts.
Self-motivated and a quick learner, be able to deliver under challenging and dynamic environment to meet changing demands of customers.
Good to have experience to Sumtotal, Cornorstone or any relevant learning management systems.
Own relationships with all stakeholders including, but not limited to local leadership, TA, and the People team (HR)
Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and provide a world class customer experience
