Job Description:-
.Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
· Manage the application process - check application forms, shortlist, interview, select successful candidate/s.
· Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
· Keeping up to date the data of the employees.
· Keeping records (Leaves, Payroll, Issuing appointment letters, offer letters exit Interviews, warning letters etc.)
· Support in employee engagement, learning, and development activities.
