Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR & Marketing Intern, located on-site in Noida. The intern will be responsible for supporting HR functions, including HR management, drafting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, the intern will assist with marketing tasks, such as content creation, social media management, market research, and executing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, HR Policies skills
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with basic marketing principles is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
