HR Manager- Wellness

We are launching a state of the art 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 around 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗡𝗖𝗥 very soon.

Looking for an experienced 𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 with minimum experience of 𝟰-𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 who can join us and lead our pre opening HR operations for this wellness initiative.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

* Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.

* Design and implement HR policies aligned with the wellness-driven culture of the organization.

* Foster a positive, inclusive, and wellness-oriented workplace environment.

* Manage payroll, compliance, and employee records with accuracy.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

* Qualification - graduate in any field.

* Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role (preferably in pre openings, wellness, healthcare, luxury, hospitality or hotels).

* Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Experience in scaling HR practices for a growing organization.

* Passion for wellness, employee well-being, and building an empowering work culture.
