HR Manager

As an HR Manager at WebSenor in Udaipur, you will play a crucial role in maintaining employee relations and overseeing various HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Your positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges will be essential in this role. Your responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for all people-related matters, ensuring employee engagement, creating and maintaining policies, and resolving grievances. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will be involved in the annual review process, providing training and advice to both employees and management. Managing the HRIS system, monitoring employee time off, and recommending new policies and procedures will also be part of your role. You will oversee the administrative aspects of the office, including building management, and participate in various team projects and company initiatives as required. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry. This is a full-time position based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, and work from home is not available for this role. The salary offered will be as per industry standards with no bar for the right candidate.
