We are expanding our operations and seeking a results-driven HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead large-scale hiring initiatives and build world-class teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for telesales, customer service, and operations roles across multiple Indian centers and select international markets.
• Work directly with the UK-based Company Director to align hiring strategies with business growth plans.
• Partner with leadership teams to define job requirements, competencies, and performance expectations.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Conduct interviews, manage the selection process, and oversee seamless onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and urgent hiring needs.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO / call center / mass hiring environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage bulk hiring under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with multi-location teams and cross-cultural stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing hiring needs.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
• Experience with employer branding on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
• HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, etc.
• Experience in campus hiring, referral programs, or surge recruitment.
