HR Cum Admin Executive Job description · We are looking appointing HR/ Admin Executive. Candidate must fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of computers, suitable experience. · Manage all the Administration related works on daily basis. · Overseeing day to day requirements from providers for services including security, IT, catering, stationary, uniform, housekeeping and so on and ordering supplies. · Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. · Looking after day to day office activities, record attendance. · Identifying and recruiting the right and correct person for employment. · Screening resumes- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. · Manage and conduct interviews using various reliable screening tools/methods to filter candidates. · Develop update job descriptions, perform reference, and background checks, and work on historical data to identify trends and make changes in recruitment process. · Act as a single point of contact and provide analytical & well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. · Responsible for end to end HR processes such as employee services, appraisals, career progression, grievance handling, training and other administrative functions including statutory obligations.
