Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and staffing:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing job descriptions and posting openings to screening candidates, managing interviews, and extending job offers.
Onboarding and training:
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing training and development programs for current employees.
Compensation and benefits:
Administer and manage the organization's compensation structure, payroll, and benefits packages, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
Employee relations:
Act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, handle employee grievances, and provide guidance on disciplinary and termination procedures.
Performance management:
Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems to set employee goals, evaluate performance, and support career development.
Policy development and compliance:
Create, update, and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Culture and engagement:
Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, positive morale, diversity, and a supportive company cultur
