HR Manager

Position Overview:

As an HR Professional in the automotive industry, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and overall human resources management. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience who can bring expertise, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to supporting our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source, interview, and recruit candidates for various roles within the organisation.
• Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for new hires.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Work with managers to address performance-related issues and promote employee development.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
• HR: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
