Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources within the organization. Your primary role will involve building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues. You will also be involved in educating and coaching staff members to enhance their performance. Your experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations will be crucial in maintaining a harmonious work environment. Additionally, you will be expected to follow and uphold workplace privacy standards to ensure confidentiality. Furthermore, your ability to deliver engaging presentations will be essential for communicating important HR policies and procedures to the team. A good understanding of relevant health and safety laws is necessary to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Proficiency in using computers for a variety of tasks is required, including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Your experience in recruiting and auditing for at least 5 years will be preferred. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable. Possessing a Professional in Human Resources certification is also preferred. The ability to work in person at the designated location is a requirement for this full-time, permanent position. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages will be an added advantage.
