Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to creating a safe work environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
