HR Manager

As a Human Resources Specialist in our organization, your primary responsibilities will include Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and Legal Compliance. In Recruitment and Hiring, you will be responsible for developing job descriptions, attracting potential candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. For Training and Development, you will identify training needs, design and implement training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. In Employee Relations, you will address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment to ensure a harmonious and productive workplace. Handling Compensation and Benefits will involve administering salary and compensation programs, conducting salary surveys, and managing employee benefits to ensure competitive and attractive packages for employees. Performance Management will require you to set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and develop improvement plans to support employee growth and development. Ensuring Legal Compliance is crucial, where you will be responsible for upholding labor laws, managing HR documentation, and addressing any legal issues that may arise. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in Human resources management. The work location will be in person to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.,
