Job Title: HR Manager cum Subject Matter Expert Location: Calicut Experience: Minimum 3 Years Salary: Best in Industry Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager cum Subject Matter Expert with a strong background in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will also contribute as a knowledge expert, sharing HR best practices and strategies with the team or students. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement strategic HR practices aligned with organizational goals. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Conduct training sessions or mentoring on HR and recruitment best practices. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and improve hiring processes. Build a strong employer brand and enhance candidate experience. Act as an SME to share insights with internal teams or academic/training partners when required. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and hiring. MBA in Human Resource Management (HR). Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and talent management. Passion for training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing is a plus.
