Job Description

As an HR professional, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive management and employee relations by addressing various demands, grievances, and issues that may arise within the organization. Your duties will also involve managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the organization's current and future business needs are met through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. Monitoring and developing overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization will be essential in this role. Creating a positive working environment and overseeing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance will be key aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, implementing training programs, and monitoring their effectiveness. You will need to report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics to ensure that the organization remains compliant with legal requirements related to human resource management. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person. The expected start date for this role is on 20/06/2025.,
