Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Guntur. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, handling employee onboarding and exits, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Human Resource Management: Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Expertise in developing and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and align with company goals.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in HR software, record-keeping, and managing payroll and benefits.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and execute HR strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Additional Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
