Job Description

As an experienced HR Manager at our construction company, your role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's objectives - Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise - Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in the construction industry - Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction industry environment If you have experience in construction industry HR management, knowledge of local labor laws, and relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRBP), it would be a plus. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include health insurance and provident fund, along with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person during day and morning shifts.,
