HR Manager

As an HR Manager at our company located in Selaiyur, East Tambaram, Chennai 600059, you will have the following responsibilities: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Attendance Management: Your role will involve overseeing employee attendance tracking and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Statutory Compliance: You will need to ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements within the organization. - Employee Grievance Handling: Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment will be part of your responsibilities. - HR Documentation & Policy Implementation: You will be expected to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company guidelines. - Coordination with Departments: Working closely with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations will be essential for effective functioning.
