Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of HR management. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Managing the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs. Employee Relations & Engagement: Acting as a bridge between employees and management to ensure a positive work culture. Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives. Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems and guiding managers in conducting evaluations. Developing strategies for employee career growth and succession planning. Providing feedback mechanisms and supporting employee development. Learning & Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs. Conducting workshops on leadership, communication, and compliance. Compliance & HR Policies: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Updating and maintaining HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures. Compensation & Benefits: Conducting market research to ensure competitive salary structures. HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintaining employee records and generating reports for management insights. Using HR data to optimize workforce planning and retention strategies. Preferred Skills: Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization is a plus. Overall Work Experience preferred: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR management roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience with HR software and employee management systems. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work location is in person.,
