Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resource Manager role located in Pune, responsible for managing HR activities in K12 Education settings. The role involves Talent Management, HR Operations and Employee
- Recruitment and Retension
- Payroll management
- Performance Reviews
- Manpower planning including KRA and KPI setting
- Effective Communication and Training
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices in education sector
- Experience in K12 education administration
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- More than 5 years HR experience in Educational Institutions
