Role & responsibilities

HR

Key Points:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee HR operations including employee records, payroll, and compliance.
  • Develop performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance and handle employee grievances.
  • Design and update company policies in line with industry standards.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit.
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee relations.
  • Bachelors Degree with an MBA in HR.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HR Functions, Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a team of 3-5 members.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, or Trading industries will be preferred.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days are preferred
