Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training for hotel staff.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance specific to hospitality.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and drive retention initiatives.
  • Support department heads in manpower planning and workforce optimization.



Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience

    in HR within the hospitality/hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and manpower structures.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
