Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to own and scale Fincent&aposs People & Culture function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage

end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement

for a fast-growing company. If you&aposve built HR processes in a start-up or scale-up environment, we&aposd love to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR policies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding with efficiency and empathy.
  • Ensure labour law compliance and maintain accurate HR records.

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain high-caliber candidates.

Culture & Engagement

  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture aligned with Fincent&aposs values.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on people-related matters.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience

    with a strong background in HR operations and talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing HR in a start-up or high-growth environment (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
