Role & responsibilities

  • Compliance & Policy Management

  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRMS
  • Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize relevant learning sessions
  • Monitor development plans and track outcomes
