Role & responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives
Address employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture
Performance Management
Manage the performance appraisal process (PMS)
Work with leadership on goal setting, feedback, and development planning
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
