Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Tiruppur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Additionally, the HR Manager will serve as a link between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Qualifications
· Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
· Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
· Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office
· Relevant experience in the textiles industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
