Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager in the EdTech sector at VedPrep, located in Noida. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and nurturing a positive working environment. Additional duties include maintaining employee records, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

• Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Selection skills
• Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skills
• Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration, and HR Compliance skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the education or EdTech industry is the most priority needed
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
