As an experienced and passionate HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives, fostering a vibrant workplace culture, and supporting business growth in the coworking/flexible workspace industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end HR operations such as talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. - Developing and executing employee engagement programs aligned with company values and culture. - Driving performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting. - Managing employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. - Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure statutory compliance with labor laws. - Collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, talent retention, and succession planning. - Creating HR reports and dashboards to facilitate business decision-making. - Leading initiatives for training, upskilling, and professional development of employees. - Cultivating a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment. Desired Candidate Profile: - 6 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the coworking/flexible workspace sector. - Profound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
