HR Manager

Role Overview: As an HR professional, your primary responsibility will be to support in planning and implementing key HR initiatives to establish the organization as an Employer of Choice. You will work closely with the Head of HR to execute the HR business plan/strategy and integrate changes into the daily functioning and culture of the organization. Your role will involve continuously reviewing and enhancing HR policies to strengthen the organizational culture. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing solutions for successful retention strategies and addressing capability gaps through various internal and external resources such as development, resourcing, training, and innovative experiential opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet staffing objectives will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Support in planning and implementing key HR initiatives - Collaborate with Head HR to execute HR business plan/strategy - Embed change into day-to-day working practice and organizational culture - Review and enhance HR policies to reinforce organizational culture - Develop solutions for retention strategies and addressing capability gaps - Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals Qualifications Required: - MBA or B.Tech (CS/IT) with relevant experience - 3-5 years of professional experience - Skills in time management, multitasking, dual focus, negotiation, and change management Additional Details: The company emphasizes that the selection process is solely based on merit.
