As an HR Executive at Ankura Hospital, your role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee engagement, exit formalities, grievance handling, and industrial relations. You will be responsible for handling the new joiner onboarding process and addressing any issues that may arise during the probationary period. Maintaining accurate records of employee data and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide support in resolving conflicts between employees or between an employee and management. Prior compliance experience with NABH is considered an advantage.
