About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Support onboarding & induction formalities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and reports.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Provide support in performance management and HR compliance tasks.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
