HR Internship

About the internship

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our human resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2-3 months of prior experience who are passionate about recruitment and HR operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment cycle, especially in hiring for niche IT domains such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, AI/ML, and full stack development.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist hiring managers in identifying current and future hiring needs

2. Support sourcing activities through LinkedIn, job portals, digital outreach, referrals, and internal databases

3. Conduct resume screenings and help in scheduling and coordinating HR interviews

4. Assist in coordinating technical interviews and following up with candidates and panelists

5. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for niche technology roles such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, AI/ML, and full stack developers

6. Support employer branding initiatives via LinkedIn and other digital platforms

7. Help maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports

8. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
