About the Role:

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and post job descriptions on multiple platforms.
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
  • Track and review intern or employee performance reports.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure efficient communication.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and HR event initiatives.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Open to students and recent graduates (preferably from HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
  • Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Raipur.
  • Can join immediately.
