HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will offer valuable exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about people operations and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees and interns
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help in drafting offer letters, internship certificates, and HR documents
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR MIS reports
• Support performance management and feedback collection processes
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
