You will be working with SVF Entertainment, a leading Media and Entertainment company in East India, with 8 National Awards to its credit and capabilities in Film and TV Production, Cinemas, Distribution, Digital Cinema, Music, and New Media. hoichoi, the digital vertical of SVF Entertainment, is an on-demand video streaming entertainment platform for Bengalis worldwide, offering a wide range of exciting content choices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively source candidates across job boards, social media, and other platforms - Engage with potential candidates through outreach and conduct initial screening calls - Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process - Maintain organized recruitment data and contribute to refining hiring practices - Provide additional support to the HR team as needed **Qualification Required:** - Enthusiastic approach to recruitment, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks effectively This is a full-time in-office internship opportunity for 3 months.,
