HR Intern

We are looking for an HR Intern to help us recruit, support, and grow our team. You will assist with daily HR tasks and help make our company a great place to work.

What You Will Do:

• Help with creating and improving HR policies and systems
• Share information with employees about company rules and policies
• Assist in hiring – writing job descriptions, posting job ads, and helping with interviews
• Help prepare offer letters, LOIs, and onboarding plans for new joiners
• Support training and learning programs for employees
• Assist in performance reviews and feedback processes
• Help in handling employee complaints or issues
• Keep employee records (like attendance, etc.) up to date and organized
• Ensure our company follows all legal and HR rules

What We Expect From You:

• Some experience in HR (internship, college project, or job) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HR tasks like hiring, payroll, training, etc.
• Understanding of labor laws is helpful
• Good at using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized and can manage time well
• Friendly and good at talking to people
• Able to solve problems and take decisions when needed
• Honest, ethical, and trustworthy
• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business, or related field
• HR certification is a plus (not required)

Location: Pitampura Delhi
Working Hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
