As an HR Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for: - Assisting in sourcing and screening resumes - Assisting in updating HR files and documents - Helping with overtime (OT) calculations if required - Assisting in organizing team events and engagement activities - Handling employee grievances at a basic level and escalating when needed To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - Previous experience in HR or related field - Strong organizational skills - Good communication skills Please note that the job is full-time with morning shift schedule and weekend availability required.
