HR Intern (Onsite – Lucknow)

CodingClave Development LLP is a Lucknow-based IT company providing web and app development services along with training programs for BCA, MCA, B.Tech, and Diploma students. We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident HR Interns who can manage not only HR operations but also take an active role in college relations, social media management, and company representation. Job Description: This internship is ideal for candidates who want to gain real-world experience in HR, communication, and operations. You will handle day-to-day HR activities, manage the office environment, coordinate recruitment, represent the company in college seminars, and help build our online brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination Manage and maintain social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Coordinate with colleges for seminars, workshops, and campus activities Represent the company at career fairs and training events Handle basic office operations and team coordination Create and share engaging content related to company activities Support management in day-to-day HR and admin tasks Eligibility: Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent Strong communication and public-speaking skills Confident personality with good presentation skills Familiar with social media marketing and Excel/Google Sheets Willing to work onsite in Lucknow and travel if needed Perks & Benefits: Internship Certificate Hands-on HR & corporate exposure Experience in branding and outreach Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for high performers Work directly with company leadership team
