Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
  • Help maintain databases and employee records.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities/events.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and project work.
  • Coordinate and align with the business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), time management, problem-solving
abilities.
  • Genuine interest in talent acquisition, HR practices, and the retail industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
