About the Role

Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in initial telephonic screening and evaluation of candidates.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Assist in onboarding new hires (document collection, orientation coordination, etc.).
Provide general administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
