HR Intern

As an HR Intern at Inexoft Research Centre, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your role will involve assisting in various HR functions and getting valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of a corporate HR department. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms. - Support scheduling and coordination of interviews. - Help with onboarding processes and documentation of new employees. - Maintain and update employee records and internal databases. - Participate in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities. - Provide administrative support for HR functions and team tasks. - Stay updated with basic HR trends and practices. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Eagerness to learn and contribute to team objectives. Inexoft Research Centre is seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
