Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Educate clients on software features, updates, and best practices. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering service-oriented support. Requirements: Freshers with MBA or MCA qualification. Strong communication skills in Malayalam. Ability to understand and resolve customer concerns effectively.
