Job Title: HR Intern
Location: South Delhi
Duration: 3 months/6 months
Stipend: Paid

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Maintain HR records and update internal databases.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Draft emails, HR letters, and other internal communications.
• Help in policy documentation and HR compliance tasks.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
