HR Intern

You are a highly motivated and passionate HR Intern (Female Only) who has recently completed an MBA program. As an HR Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team across various functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and organizational development. This position offers you an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules and feedback. You will also support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring the smooth preparation of documentation and induction programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records with a keen focus on data accuracy and confidentiality. Your role will also involve organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs, as well as assisting with performance management and feedback processes. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
